Christmas Pocket card

Morning........

It's a beautiful day and it's little old me here to give you some funkyhand inspiration.  Well that's the plan. Here's a sneaky peak of one of the cards I've been doing over the last week. You will absolutely love the new downloads etc... coming to you soon.

This is just some of the papers from one of the new collections. Not even sure if I'm allowed to name it so I won't .Don't want my legs slapping now....

I decided to try my hand at making a pocket card, which is just a matter of:

  • layering lots of pieces of paper together
  • glueing 3 sides so that you can pop something into the top of the pocket.
  • I've popped in some die cut trees and some letters from the new doodlewords.
  • The big tree is actually taken from 1 of the new backing papers and enlarged so I could cut it out and wrap bakers twine around it.
Why not have a try at a pocket card - they are great fun and you can use any shape as a pocket. We'd love you to show us anything that you've been making with any of the Funkyhand products, so either leave us a link over at Get funky and craft or pop over to our Funkyhand Facebook page.

Just a little reminder there is always a post every Wednesday and on a Sat/Sun from one of the fabulous Funkettes so why not pop over here and support them. Blogland is amazing if you are needing a boost or some inspiration too.

Challenges:

Enjoy the rest of your Sunday.I'm starting to get caught up with everything now, so thank you for your patience and welcome to my new follower.I'm still wearing my sunglasses as my eyes and my head are still sensitive to light. I am such a pretty picture wearing my sunnies and a headache strip on my forehead while watching tv on a night with my hubby - tee hee - it helps so I don't care....I must look a right sight though - ha ha.

Bye for now

Hi Debbie

What a fabulous card .. .. love all those pockets and fabby embellishments.

Wish I could say I was getting caught up .. .. but I am beginning to think that might never happen .. .. which I suppose is a good thing. As long as everyone is happy then I suppose I should be too.

Hope your eyes and head return to normal soon!

Have a good day.

Love Jules xx
