Hi all,

Well we had a house viewing yesterday at 11 so we had everything tidy and spotless for it - it's one way to get me and the troops cleaning and tidying.Quite extreme I know..... I went for a nice cuppa and a cake with Shannen while the estate agent showed them around.Hopefully the dogs next door were quiet. Here's a card I finished making last night but the light wasn't that great. I didn't really have a plan I just grabbed my Polkadoodles Sundae of Seasons cdrom and my Picknix one and printed a few sheets out. Did some cutting then it just fell into place.I only had to add a little bit of bakers twine and ribbon.

Hi everyone,

Well it's Wednesday already and here I am with a new challenge over at Nutcrafters. It's my turn to host the challenge for the next 2 weeks and the theme is:

I've used: freebie papers from my stash,

Nutcrafters digital stamps - part of the new shed digi, Grandma, Grandpa, basket and deckchair digi's -promarkers used on digi's, distress inks used on the background.I also threaded some twine and ribbon through the buttons.

Well I had a lovely day out with Shannen yesterday.It started with brunch at Frankie & Benny's ( bacon & syrup pancakes - yum), bit of shopping then a visit to the cinema to see 'Monsters University - it was really good.Shannen's been wanting to go and see this at the cinema since it was released so I'm glad we made it.

I'll be back in an hour.

Funky Sunday

Morning lovely crafters,

Here I am on this beautiful day to show you what I made yesterday with my Funkyhand 'I love you sew' download papers( all offcuts),Papercraft-factory cdrom - Wishes & Kisses image and typed sentiment.

I've also used my new lace from the lovely Ribbon Girls, Prima gems, fine liner for faux stitching,glitter and scalloped die.

In the garden

Good evening lovely bloggers,

I decided to have a bit of a crafty day today. I got a thank you card finished off this morning that's been sat on my table all week and this is the card I did this afternoon.I got my inks out and had a little play.

It's quite different for me but I quite like it.I did some masking to create some background hills, need to practice a bit on my sky to create clouds. I also added some doodling around the edge of the card.

Trees, bunting & clouds are from Polkadoodles Picknix cdrom. I printed them and cut them out.

I've had some lovely surprises over the last couple of weeks.First I won a £10 voucher from 'The Ribbon Girls' for a challenge I won over at A Creative Romance, then I won a redraw over at Winter Wonderland so that was a Crafters Companion £10 voucher and yesterday I won the Joanna Sheen blog candy of a cute 'Little Susie's Zoo stamp set. It has made my week.

I also received these beautiful flowers from my Mum and my Step Dad Bob as I've been feeling a bit rough this week and also upset due to the constant barking from my neighbours dogs.I love dogs but feel sorry for the 3 St Bernards squashed in a 2 bedroom detached house with a small garden.They are beautiful dogs but just need training and more walks.

Aren't they gorgeous!! I am so lucky.

Butterflies & Bows Midway Reminder

It's Wednesday.....

Time for a midway reminder over at Nutcrafters so it's another 'butterflies & bows' with one of the new digi stamps available on the website shop.

 The digi is called 'Garden Friends' from Nutcrafters shop.I coloured it with distress inks, promarkers and pencils on the blades of grass.I also used a Go Kreate die for the frame, I also added some clouds,ribbon,bakers twine and flowers.
