Good luck card

Hi all,

Been busy in the craft room this afternoon in between ironing - well I had to as I'd stripped the bed this morning and my sheets were in the ironing pile still - whoops and I cooked a gammon roast tea -yum..... It was nice to see the sunshine today and lots of wind - good for the washing!  So I haven't been playing all day for once.  Here's my card:

Ruby's Rainbow DT card Challenge 31

It's that time again, time for the latest Ruby' s Rainbow challenge.The theme is ' Black, white & 1 other colour.  I chose red as my other colour. Another Father's Day card

Back again,

No posts for 5 days then 2 in one day - don't worry I'm sat down resting as I can't believe it either.Very unusual and productive.  I've been crafting away all week since I got back home.  The more regular I craft the quicker I seem to make my mind up what I want to make.  It doesn't always work out like this but most of the time it does.  I even managed a bit of gardening too - so it's much tidier and the weeds are out at last. Here's the card I made yesterday for Shannen to give to her Dad:

I used my Docrafts cdrom - forever friends to put the topper together, paper - same cdrom, dots embossing folder, new buttons, card candi, gems, bakers twine and spanner charm.

Happy Father's Day

Hi all,

Happy Father's Day!  I have had a lovely morning doing a little bit of shopping then I met my Dad for a coffee and cake at Costa - yum, to give him his pressies.  It was so nice to catch up and to treat him as he's so good to us, like most Dad's are.  He loves his animals especially whippets so here's the card that I made:

I'm back!

Hi all,

I did arrive home on Saturday afternoon but it's taken me until now to do a post.  Had a really lovely break away and caught up with family and a good friend.  It was so nice.  Good to be home though and my hubby has been busy finishing off the painting in the bedroom, cleaning the windows inside and out, cleaning the paintwork and cleaning the house and washing.  Obviously need to go away more often!!!!!   Have felt abit ropey since I got home but I'm getting there now.  Busy cracking on with Father's day cards for family - flying by the seat of my pants as usual but I seem to work better under pressure.  Here's a card a made today with some new digi's from Nutcrafters that I bought with the gift certificate that I won last month.

Ruby's Rainbow Challemge 30 -Tag

 I 've always wanted to make a wine bottle tag which was a piece of card which I printed a backing sheet onto it, die cut the circle and decoupages the bottle onto it with another tag from my stash, distress ink, string and a button. Think this was from a Craftsuprint sheet in my stash.

Love embossing, really pleased with how it turned out and it didn't take long at all.
